• Phishing, malware, reverse engineering, or automated scraping.

• Attempts to compromise the platform’s integrity or security.

To the extent permitted by law, Xomyx is only liable for intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit. The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties.

Xomyx reserves the right to immediately suspend or delete accounts that violate laws, these Terms, or our community guidelines without prior notice. Violations can result in permanent account bans.
