Photos and videos must belong to you or you must own the necessary rights. By uploading content, you grant Xomyx a royalty‑free license to display such media on the platform.

• Illegal content or copyright infringement
• Phishing, malware, reverse engineering or automated scraping
• Commercial use without explicit permission

To the extent permitted by law, Xomyx is only liable for intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit.

Xomyx may immediately suspend or delete accounts that violate laws, these Terms or our community guidelines — without prior notice.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced on the platform at least 30 days in advance. If you object, you may terminate your account.
